"Think on These Things"
Mental, emotional and spiritual health are a very important part of health & wellness.
I am sad that summer is coming to an end, so this week my goal is to spend at least 17 minutes (why 17 minutes? Find out in my next post!) outside every day and fix my thoughts on enjoying the warm air, sights, sounds and smells of summer with no distractions (no phone!). It seems silly to have to set this as a goal, but I have been so focused on getting my Shopify store up & running, there are days I barely get outside.
What you do NOT fix your thoughts on can be as important as what you DO fix your thoughts on. Forefront on many peoplesโ minds is politics; lately this news makes me feel angry, frustrated, and helpless. So this week, instead of watching the news during the day (other than a few minutes as I get ready for the day), Iโm going to tune in to worship music or maybe just โฆ silence. I anticipate accomplishing more & being in a more positive frame of mind.
