Description: The gentle floral scent of this blend is effective but not overwhelming. Inhaling the scent provides emotional support, and the oil blend quickly absorbs to ease physical discomfort characteristic of "that time". 

Ingredients and Benefits: French Lavender, Clary Sage, Sweet Marjoram, Egyptian Geranium, work together to promote feelings of calm, composure, and smooths emotions.  Encourages relaxation and restful sleep.  Helps alleviate feelings of irritation, annoyance. Relieves sensations of cramping/achiness. 

How to Use: Inhaler, scent jar-Open; hold close to nose and inhale gently and slowly, in through nose and out through mouth. Repeat for 3-5 minutes, feeling your body and mind become relaxed and calm. Repeat as needed throughout the day. Roller-ballApply to head and neck to ease discomfort in those areas. For areas of abdominal discomfort roll on and rub in firmly for several minutes. Reapply as necessary. Bring hands to cup nose to inhale scent. Apply to wrists and bring to nose when you need a whiff of the scent. For best results, consider purchasing the set so you can easily use, for physical and emotional relief at home and when you're at school or work or out and about. 

Additional Information: Other interventions to ease symptoms of PMS; limit salt intake for several days before you expect to start your period. Get plenty of rest. Use a heating pad. Exercise--even a short walk will help boost your mood. Take pain relievers; if you anticipate severe cramps, consider starting a day or two before you expect your period to begin.
