Salt of the Herb Finishing Salts are a fun way to add a burst of flavor to food with a minimal amount of salt. Herbs were grown in central Nebraska in a cage-free, organic, fertilizer-free, cruelty-free, water-from-the-hose, garden. They were hand harvested and blended, infused into Himilayan sea salt, and dried, by an infection control nurse who is compulsive about handwashing, in a non-commercial but very clean, pet-free, smoke-free kitchen.
How to Use: Salt of the Herb finishing salts are meant to be sprinkled on or mixed into food, just before eating. The flavor is intense and concentrated, so you'll get a great burst of flavor with just a pinch.
Suggestions for use: Rosemary infused finishing salt adds a pungent, piney flavor to lamb, beef, potatoes, rice, quinoa, roasted veggies, stews and soups.
